Mimi's Bistro + Bakery

We live in Firestone and have breakfast a lot at Mimi's on the weekends. We always ask for Kaitlyn's section. Yesterday, Saturday, we were seated and Kaitlyn came up to say hi. One of her workmates was a no show and she was working one large section of the dining room and a big table in back. She was awesome! Cool and calm under pressure, she smiled and chatted with every table-made sure everyone had what they needed and never stopped moving. Mimi's is very fortunate to have such a wonderful employee! She deserves a raise.

The breakfast menu looked great but we were in the mood for an early lunch so we were pleased they were very accommodating with the lunch menu. I ordered the Hickory bacon cheeseburger and it was the best burger I've had in a long time. Mother in law had the roast turkey club and liked It as well.

I was bummed I was driving because their mimosa menu was absolutely mouth watering. The decor and theme of the restaurant are done very well, there's a lot of character without being cheesy or cliche. Server and host staff were great. Will definitely take the short trek to the outlet mall to go again for dinner w/ the boyfriend.

I would like to give a shout out to Holly, our waitress. Me and 16 of my riding group met there for dinner on 11/19/19. She was amazing, friendly, and got our orders and food out very quick. The food was really good too. Thanks Holly for taking great care of us:)

Mimi's Bistro & Bakery is a fantastic place to host a get together. We rented there group room. There staff were friendly and attentive, their decor was warm and inviting, their food AMAZING! I would encourage a visit. They have lots of options for meals and a decent wine selection for those that care. All in all a worth your while.
