We ordered from Paulies after reading some reviews, and we were not disappointed. The food was amazing! Finally there is some really good Italian near us. We will definitely be telling others about this place and we will oder again.

Paulie had the best service and best food. He made sure the order was correct. When the order was complete one of his workers helped carry the food out without me asking. They were polite. Later that night, Paulie even called and asked about the food. The business is run by genuine people who know how to cook. Definitely will be ordering again. Thank you!

NORTHERN COLORADO!! WE FINALLY HAVE AN ITALIAN JOINT THATS WORTH EATING AND ENJOYING!! I dont know about you, but I am sick and tired of these hoity toity, overpriced places with their mediocre food. Paulies is another ball game. My husband and I have been wanting to try this place for the past week but havent been able to because of work. So tonight was the night! Unfortunately the night ran away from us and before we knew it was 8:16. My husband called in the hopes that they were still open, but they closed at 8! Fear not! Paulie asked what we were thinking of having, I told him I have been on a mission to find the best chicken parmigiana around and he graciously told me he could take care of us. THATS WHAT I CALL GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOOD PEOPLE. We scurried down there mind blown at what just happened. I called paulie when we got down there, told him we were outside, he politely came out and told me the price and said "I'll take care of you". He came back out 2 mins later with my food and some garlic bread dipped in a delicious marinara sauce. MY MY it was good! The bread was soft and crispy, seasoned just right. I couldn't wait to try my meal! Antsy to try our meal, we rushed home. I sat down, opened the box and dug in. Paulies chicken parmigiana was so tender topped with a HALF MARIANRA/HALF ALFREDO(the gravy), on top of a bed of homemade house noodles. Side salad with their house Italian was devine. And garlic bread was delicious. AND in the middle of eating, paulie calls my husband back to see how the food was ??? all I can say is I havent had service like this in ages!! Old style Italian comin your way!!

Hands down best Italian in loveland. The guys who own and run it are possibly the nicest guys in NoCo. The spaghetti and the cheese bread were delicious. Thanks guys!

You can’t get much more authentic Italian then this. By far the best Italian we have had in CO!!!!! My father is an old world Italian from West Philadelphia and he about cried while he was eating his meal!!! So grateful too have real Italian food in our small town. Not to mention a family of 6 ate for $55 and had leftovers!!!! What a Gem !!! A must try !!!!!!

I ordered supper from Paulie’s today and it was wonderful. My husband said of the famous meatball sandwich that the peppers added a nice flavor and the meatballs were fantastic. I had the dinner spaghetti with a meatball and a chunk of sausage- the sauce is the highlight, it was savory and perfectly salted, plus the portion was enough for my supper and leftovers for lunch tomorrow. My dinner spaghetti came with a good, simple salad (crunchy iceberg, pepperoni on top, dressing on the side) and some garlic bread that would have been better before my 20 min drive home but had nice flavor. The guys were grateful for my order and threw in a couple extras, call ahead/car service was impeccable. If I could change one thing it would be for the menu to be more available online- I found it on their Facebook page (I’m not a FB user) and the photos weren’t very easy to read, but we figured it out!
