White Paper BBQ

Came in for lunch with my wife on a recommendation. We got the Sample Platter, which gets you 3 meats, 2 sides and various pickles, onions and sauces for 20 bucks. Great service, great food and we are already planning a return trip with our best friends!

Whoa! Surprise, this really is fantastic Texas style barbecue in am assuming location that isn’t on the big “must” lists. Near perfect brisket. Always worth it to try smoked turkey. Skip the beans, though - try another side.

Great BBQ. As I'm eating my meal, I am watching them place meat on the smokers. This isn't some strip mall fake smoke restaurant. The real deal and everything was delicious, except for the beans( they are tomato based and were toothy, just not my favorite), but don't let that stop you this place it legit!

Had the sampler, sausages and pulled pork were tasty. My friend’s ribs were undercooked so we were surprised to see such rave reviews for the ribs. She took them home, put in oven on low for a couple hours and they were falling off the bone and quite yummy. Didn’t care for potato salad but the chili masher was good.

Wow! After learning to smoke meat at home it has been tough to find a good BBQ restaurant that wasn’t lack luster. We tried this place out today and everything we had was absolutely on point. This is the best smoked meat I’ve had at a restaurant so far. Brisket, pork and ribs were great. The green chili mashed potatoes were very good, also. I’ll definitely be going back!
