Great Experience!
We ordered meals to go last night. I ordered the tacos and my husband had the two meat meal. I was familiar with the location but had never been inside since it was converted into a restaurant. As I walked in I was greeted in a friendly manner by one person, and another directed me to where to pick up my online order. Meanwhile I was wishing that we had planned to eat in since it seemed like a nice place to hang out and have a beer! The sun was shining in the windows, there was a guitarist and the place was quite full. Even the young woman helping with the pickup orders was great. We got our food home and it was also ...great! Husband really enjoyed the smoked brisket. He said the slaw and potato salad were also very good. Yes, it was a bit pricey, but I think well worth it to have quality food . These people have it together!

Listen y’all .. I have lived all over the US! seriously, I’ve tried so much different bbq’s rubs ect from alll over! but let me tell you this place was FIRE!! It was so delicious I had to write this.. if you guys are picky bbq meat eaters or just down right want some amazing food ! This is theee place for you! There’s ample amount of indoor as well as out door seatings, patio lights , fire,, a freaking brewery that will quench your thirst in any type of weather! My gawd damn brisket , the ribs! even the Mf turkey was amazing! I will seriously consider leaving my husband for this bbq joint .. 😂🤣.. seriously guys.. this place is hands down MELT IN YOUR MOUTH MEAT!!!!!! The flavors are insane .. love it!

Amazing BBQ! This was the best bbq we have had in Colorado. We tried the brisket, ribs, coleslaw, and mac n cheese. It is obvious that they know what they are doing here! The brisket was cooked perfectly, it was sliced (not shredded like so many places around here), had amazing bark and incredible flavor. The rib meat fell off the bone. The sauces were also great. We will certainly be back. Thank you BBQ Love Shack for bringing REAL bbq to Wellington.

Just went there for the first time. Absolutely wonderful customer service! Nice people, gave is a lot of info. Told us about what is coming up and how they operate. Got the food fast and everything looked amazing! Got home and just tore into in and boy did we chow down! Brisket melts in your mouth and the ribs just fell off the bone! Great flavor! We haven't lived in Wellington long but I'm pretty sure we just found our new spot! Thanks so much guys it was awesome!!!

We had the honor to receive an invite to Rob's soft opening and sample the food, giving his team a chance to "practice" before this big opening! The food was AMAZING... very flavorful and tender! Since it was a private event, giving the team opportunity to workout any kinks and ask questions, we had the opportunity to sample a little of everything! Everyone was very pleasant and you could tell they were excited to be there... for us to be there! The lines ran smoothly and I could tell it was very thought out! The dessert was also very tasty! My family and I can not wait until they are fully open and operating!
