Ahimsa Coffee

I usually don't leave reviews, but the coffee was the best here. The lady was super nice to let me try the drink before finishing it up. The muffins were great the only reason I gave 4 stars because it was a little pricey and the burrito wasn't the best, it was a little soggy. But overall great service, great coffee!

Great little stop right off I-70. My husband got a sugar free milky way and I got a sugar free hazelnut with coconut milk. Both were delicious. Staff was super friendly. Very clean restrooms. They also had some merchandise to purchase. They had homemade breakfast burritos and a bunch of pastries. We didn’t try but they looked yummy. Stop by and check out the view of Pike’s Peak!!

Stopped on my way from St. Louis to Denver, and WOW the coffee is better than Starbucks! I don’t typically like Cold Brew, but it’s delicious. And they have oat milk. See you on my way home to St. Louis!

Great place to stop for not only coffee but any sort of drink you can imagine! Inside was cozy and welcoming, and the drinks we ordered were amazing! Would definitely stop here again!

My one complaint is that this place doesn't exist everywhere. Well decorated, well ventilated, clean, excellent service, delicious coffee in a wide variety of flavours. The bathrooms are pristine and well stocked so Ahimsa is a beautiful oasis for the fatigued interstate traveler. Somehow we always come in when Amanda is working. She always greets us (and anyone we see come in after us, regardless of race, religion, national origin, gender etc.) with a smile and it always feels more like a friend making you coffee when they know you're in a hurry than a business transaction.
