Awesome variety, fresh ingredients, and possibly the best queso I've ever had. Burritos, bowls, nachos, take your pick. They even do breakfast. It is all GREAT and you'll see the appeal the moment you walk in. I regularly see them recording food temperatures and maintaining great safety and quality control when it comes to the food they use. They work hard, they have a lot to offer, and they care about their products. This is my favorite place in town for a bite, so try it when you get the chance!
Oh my holy wow!! Everything is super fresh, great flavor, amazing customer service! Totally worth the prices and finding the out of the way location!
One of the best secrets in all of Sterling. As I live on the Front Range, but drive into Sterling weekly, I'm shocked at the restaurant prices here. Way more expensive than Denver/Ft Collins. But the LCBC has excellent burritos at Front Range prices. Food is excellent quality is great, super clean restaurant. I usually buy two burritos for the prices of a smoked turkey sandwich and a bag of chips.
Here's a diamond in the rough for ya. Well off the beaten path from the traditional restaurant locations, but doesn't change the fact that the food is amazing. Still hoping they will open on a Saturday morning so I can try a breakfast burrito!!! Better than Q-doba.
I've never really been a fan of Mexican food but my family and I decided to have food from this place and my my it was amazing and I am starting to like Mexican food. They give a lot of food so it is a bang for your buck. Their queso is really good as well. I'd really recommend this place if you are in sterling.
