    The service was very good, and I want to see the business thrive. However, I don’t see this place lasting. The food was ok, but honestly Pho 88 in Junction is better and cheaper. At $60 for two people (with a tip and no alcoholic drinks), I expected it to be very good. In Fruita, I don’t see this place lasting. The Korean BBQ plate which was the best thing we had, had a lot of fat. The noodle soup dish was not standing out and lacked flavor. My advice would be to make this a BBQ place with Korean BBQ options. Fruita is a small, rural town with a population of 13,395. Not enough people to support this genre of food if it isn’t outstanding. Giving my honest review in hopes the owners will rethink this before the place goes under. The bar and two pool tables might help it survive for a while.
