Strayhorn Grill

We haven't been here for about a year due to inconsistencies each time we visited. We noticed tonight on Google that there were new owners so we decided to give it a try. The meal was delicious. We had the porterhouse steak which was cooked perfectly rare as we requested. The old fashioned was done perfectly and the margarita was great as well. Our server, Alexia, was very attentive and service was prompt.

Best Prime Rib in the Grand Valley! I had the Prime Rib dinner served with baked potato, fresh green beans and complimented my meal with a glass of Merlot. The Prime Rib was juicy, tender and a perfect medium rare. The entire meal was cooked to perfection! We arrived on a Saturday evening at 6:15pm and was seated immediately. The service was fantastic and the meal was one of the best we have had in a while. We will definitely be back soon!

Best breakfast in Fruita!!! Our family went for breakfast and had an amazing experience with great food. I felt the prices in relationship to portion size was a great value. (keep in mind inflation) The best part was the service that we received from Carly. She provided above and beyond our expectations!

It was ok. Food is pricy for being mediocre. You will spend at the least $15.00 per plate. The only good thing was that it seemed to be home made. Chicken fried steak $16.00 in the photo and Alfredo with chicken for $16.00. Portion was small for the price unfortunately

Not bad not great. Diner food it seems. I had the chicken fried steak and it was OK, seasoning wasn’t great. The appetizer was OK but not a lot of flavor. My buddy had the strip and it was cooked as it should have been, nothing special. I probably won’t go back but if you’re in the area looking for some diner food you won’t be disappointed. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are helpful.
