I had a very nice lunch here. The atmosphere is very open and peaceful, and the bartenders are attentive and friendly!

I had an excellent cider here on a rainy fall afternoon, and got the elk burger. It was an excellent choice, and earned itself a very solid rating from me with no complaints!

I use to love this place, and still sort of do. It’s one of the best in Grand Junction. They have cut the portion of Jamaican Jerk Chicken in half!! It’s still $19.00 but literally half of what they use to serve. Charge me more, I get it, times are tough and the cost of everything has increased, but a 50% hike!?!? C'mon Man…

Our family loves coming here. Our kids behave because they like the grassy area outside, the porch seating is amazing. Food was good, the best part was definitely the outdoor patio. We got to enjoy our meal since our kids loved playing around all of the trees.

Great selection of beer and food. Blackened salmon was delicious, and the sour pretty good, too. They weren't real busy, and the person who asked if we needed anything didn't follow through. Chilly in there, so turn up the heat some and dim the lights for ambiance.

The Ale House is a solid place for dinner, whether you’re with family, it’s date night, or a just-don’t-want-to-cook night.

What we liked: The food was really good. We kept it simple with the seared ahi appetizer and sides of whipped potatoes and sweet potato fries.
We were eyeing the pizzas that looked delicious and will definitely try those next time.
The outdoor patio is fantastic. The kids said it reminded them of some of the wineries in Napa.

What we didn’t like so much: Seating ended up unnecessarily complicated and not very customer oriented. If you want to sit outside, you’re sent to another host. Then you’re told to leave the area until your table is ready. I see how this process is easier for them, but it’s not so comfortable for the customer.
