This is the best Mexican food in town!

We ordered the birria, rice and beans.
Our hostess also brought out a sampling of sauces. Each was unique and delicious. This place is incredibly authentic.

Our hostess, who may have been the owner, was lovely and made sure we enjoyed the food. She was very attentive and fun to talk with.

We will definitely be frequenting El Asadero.

Best Mexican food in Junction! Authentic and so amazing. We had birria tacos and they brought us 4 delicious salsas. So good we ordered more to take home for later. Definitely eat here!

If you have time for one meal in Grand Junction, eat it here. The birria is delicious. Tomatillo salsa was the best I've ever had.

This is a little hole in the wall with fabulous authentic food. We had tacos, a burrito, and a torta.
We topped them off with fresh green sauce, which only made them better.
We will definitely stop if we pass through the area again.
Don’t let the outside appearance fool you-this is 5 stars +.

The food is AMAZING! All made in house, super flavorful, & fantastic customer service. We had the Lorenzas, Caramels, & quesadillas, tried a variety of meats, all were scrumptious, as was the beans & rice! A definite must try.
