The best burrito in town, if only the didnt have the worst wrapping skills in the business. I have never been able to eat this without a fork and knife.
LEARN TO WRAP PROPERLY!
Guerrilla makes my favorite breakfast burritos in town!! I have been looking for a place for my breakfast burrito cravings and and so glad that I found this place!! I’m a vegetarian, so it’s hard to find a good breakfast burrito out here that isn’t too bland. I’m a fan of spice, and the “hot” spice level is perfect! I love getting to support local, and can’t wait for my next burrito :)
Classic comfort food that makes your heart full! A cross between a Texas breakfast burrito with Colorado/New Mexico green chile and the combo is delicious. I ordered their burrito (potato, egg, cheese) with chorizo and green chile hot and it was perfect! Can't wait to try sausage next! The person who took my order was also super helpful since this was my first visit and when bringing it out to my car, gave me a heads up on the fact that the burrito is open on both ends. She was so nice! I even saw her bring a little doggie treat to another customer. Gotta love it when good food is made and brought to you by kind people.
Had read and heard about this place for about a year however my wife does not care for Green Chile. We just came back from a camping trip and since she was starving decided to give it a try. We ordered the Steak based off the girl working the registers recommendation. She also said the Chorizo was her favorite too. The burritos did not disappoint, they were fantastic. Good portion ratio also the steak is braised so it is fall apart tender. Definitely the best place for breakfast in town.
Note: For eating these they are wrapped open ended on each side, the best way to eat them is to keep it wrapped and unfold the foil as needed to get your next bite.
We'll definitely be back and eating there again. The lady taking the orders was super pleasant and even brought my puppy a treat when she saw we had a dog. I do not write many reviews but felt this place deserved it. You NEED to try this place, end of story.
First time eating here. Ordered 3 stake and 2 sausage burritos. They were phenomenal! Flavor is definitely bursting from the ends of these delish burritos.
I would recommend eating them at a table or making sure to keep one of the ends wrapped up as you eat cause it's gunna be messy.
Simply outstanding, you guys are definitely a new found favorite.
Starbucks wasn't included.
