Wetzel's Pretzels

I order pizza bitz but it soaked with oil and way too much oil but still liked this and expect for improvement if you take my feedback seriously!

This wetzels is amazing. If you go to the mesa mall go see these ladies. they will brighten your day and they got a mango tajin chamoy slushee and a warm pretzel! yall the real MVPs of the Mesa Mall.

First of all the pretzels are so yummy!!! I’ve been a Wetzel’s Pretzels fan for quite some time and now I’m an even bigger fan because of the staff behind the counter at the Mesa mall location in Grand Junction, CO. For those who may not know, customer service is one of the hardest jobs on the planet and the girl behind the counter at this location is on it! Her customer service skills are amazing and she handles the crowds very well.

I’m adding this to my previous review for a few reasons. First of all because of the staff I see on a regular basis (who have become more like friends) I have decided to leave a $3 tip every time I come here. It’s because I want to, not because I have to. Relative to other businesses I think the prices are fine. Inflation stinks all around. Makes me sad to see some of the rude comments some people leave. What they fail to realize is that customer service is one of the hardest jobs on the planet. I wish those people would remember that before leaving a review that’s not very nice. If the roles were reversed I wonder how they would feel on the receiving end of that. Regardless I hope the owner sees this and that I can’t wait to get my next wetzel’s pretzel!

The food there is so delicious and fresh. My favorites are the pretzels 🥨 and the cinnamon bitz. They deserve more than 2.4 stars that they have. The costumer service is outstanding! Every time I have gone there is when they are the busiest and let me just say they handle crowds every every well.
Always so kind and friendly. I’m always so pleased and satisfied with the service and the food.
