“I grew up eating at this Village Inn location. It’s nice to see that some of the staff are still working there. I enjoy the familiar faces and atmosphere. My most recent visit was absolutely wonderful. We were greeted and sat right away. Our waitress was extremely attentive, polite and friendly. She’s one of the workers whose been there for a while. The food came out exactly how we ordered it and in no time. I appreciate the easy location, helpful staff and delicious food! You truly can’t go wrong with Village Inn!”

“Not usually a “take a photo of my food” person, but this was without a doubt the best dip I’ve had. Was able to crank out a few emails while waiting for my food, and this beautiful treasure arrived at the end of my day…will be back for sure. Bread was perfect, crunchy enough to keep from being soggy but soft enough to not be burnt. Meat and dip was excellent very hot; the fries were absolutely amazing as was the provided sauce.”

“By far some of the best breakfast I’ve ever had. We were traveling through western Colorado and stopped in Grand Junction for the night. The next morning, we ate at Randy’s. Did not disappoint in the slightest. BEST French toast I’ve ever had (ordered the stuffed French toast), and the other breakfast fare we ordered was excellent also. All of this, with great service to boot! If we’re ever in Grand Junction again, I will most certainly be back.”

“My lady decided to bring me to this place for dinner. I must say my expectations I had were greatly underestimated. The food at this place is AMAZING. it's hard to find REAL Authentic Mexican food here in Colorado. And I've finally found it. The portions were beyond belief and the flavor was spot on. I really enjoyed the cabbage dish they served with the salsa and chips. I enjoyed it so much I'm coming up with different dishes to use it with in my head. Maybe fish tacos with it on top. Anyways, the food was immaculate, the margaritas are flammable 🔥 and HUGE! I ordered a medium and couldn't finish it. Thank You Tequilas for the Delicious Food. “This place is so amazing!! Tucked inside the Brass Rail, their food is WAY above your typical bar food fare. Even though it is a pretty meat-heavy, BBQ focused menu, they went out of their way to accommodate my being vegan and gluten free. I ate so much I was stuffed and the salad they made was AMAZING. I would come here just to eat, even if I wasn't in the mood for drinking, pool and horse shoes. These guys are so nice, great service, amazing food. Go here now!!”

“My friend and I happened upon this Mexican restaurant between the holidays in 2021. Every time we go to Grand Junction we stop and eat here. Have always enjoyed the food and large portions. On February 3rd, 2022, I brought my leftovers home as I usually do. This time I found a small pebble rock in the rice. I called the restaurant to let them know and they refunded my meal. I'm just glad I didn't break a tooth or swallowed it. I'm disappointed because I really liked this quaint place. Doubtful I'll be back though.”

“Our first time and, to be honest, we weren't sure about this restaurant from the outside. However, the inside was nice and the lunch specials were delicious. Husband ordered ribs that he said were very good. I got the Lunch Platter Beef Brisket that came with a special horseradish-type sauce on the side that was very good. Great food and service. Wish we had a Rib City where we live.”

“Absolutely love this place! Great hometown and welcoming atmosphere. The menu is hilarious (warning for kids)! The servers are very attentive, super polite and courteous. I got a Bloody Mary and it was thick and not watered down with mix. The food is top notch! I got the biscuits and gravy with the blueberry bread putting and it was killer! How many places do you know that give a hoagie sized biscuit?! Amazing! And the cook came out to make sure everything was tasting good which is almost unheard of these days. My server behind the bar was very friendly, attentive, and fast especially considering how busy he was and that he was the only person behind the bar. “The staff was kind and happy, the flavor was good, but the shakes we got were very over mixed and incredibly runny. To be fair, there was a trainee (who originally forgot to blend one of the shakes altogether, and it was mostly just milk), but they kindly remade it. All three shakes we got were basically just flavored milk with tiny overmixed chunks of mix ins. After spending $23 for 3 shakes plus tip, we could only drink about a quarter of them. I'm not usually disappointed with much, but I left feeling like I wasted my money. I really don't ever want to go back, but maybe it would be worth trying again when there's not a trainee making shakes?”

“Sorry about the 1/2 pizza pic, but I, had no idea how good it would be when I dug in. The palisade peach pizza was fabulous! Better than I imagined and still satisfied that pizza craving. But even better than the food was the service! In a world that seems to be lacking good customer service my family and I were pleasantly surprised by how we were treated. Even with the staff hard at work cleaning they actually seemed happy to help us and even took the time to come talk to us making sure we were happy. I'm so happy we found this place.”

“Have gotten takeout from Sang Garden many times over many years. The restaurant changed owners a while back. When we went in to pick up our dinner tonight there was a very professional seeming woman working the counter. We have not seen this before, there has generally been someone just getting the food out, and sometimes underworld looking people with weird piercings and hairdos. The artwork around the east and south sides of the building is weak, lacks taste and is somewhat offensive. It would be much better if they hire a competent artist to create authentic Chinese and Thai themes. There are some aspects of the place that ring up slightly demonic. Still, the food is pretty good and fairly consistent. The vibe of the personnel needs refreshment and new orientation. They seem to have the idea that to weird-up the Asian offering makes an American connection. The restaurant is sometimes very slow. They would do a lot better by simply honoring the cultures that are sourcing the menu flavors by adopting class and respect.”

“Would I return? Likely, but not definitely We were promptly greeted, and we were seated within reasonable time. We arrived around 8 pm. The restaurant had light traffic at this hour, yet service of our pricey cocktails was some of the slowest we have had in some time. Our meals were quite savory even though, one was served incorrectly. We must say that the portions are very handsome! The music from another established bleed through the walls and was not the most enjoyable, but hey.. it was what it was. The Lasagna is one of the best that I have had. Prices on the menu are higher than many Italian restaurants.”

“I love the veggie Ramen here and the brown sugar milk tea with boba is delicious too. They make a great broth, go for the spicy if you like a little kick.
