    Wood fire pizza, tasty brats, nice people. Very happy we stopped to check it out.

    Great food and friendly staff. Don’t miss this hidden gem in Dolores Colorado located in the Es Terra Ciderworks parking lot. Highly recommended!

    This place is really a hidden gem in Dolores. The atmosphere is peaceful right near the river and the staff is very friendly. We've been here more then a few times now and have never had a negative experience. Would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about stopping by!

    This little food trailer, located at Eso Terra, has some amazing food! The pizza is to die for and the cheese cake is one of the best I’ve ever had. If you are ever in Dolores, I highly recommend stopping by.

    Hands down, best southwest chicken salad bowl I’ve ever had. Perfectly seasoned beans…not too spicy and under-spiced. Jeremiah does a phenomenal job providing quality food and conversations
