Fiesta Guadalajara

Standard Mexican restaurant. Usual main courses with beans and rice. They do give you lots of food. It was busy with older patrons and a few families present. It seemed that many of the people present were very familiar with the restaurant and the staff telling me that there were lots of repeat customers.

For my recent family event Fiesta Guadalajara staff provided the best catering/delivery service I have ever experienced. The manager is professional, friendly, and very helpful. The food was fresh, at perfect temperature, and some of the tastiness Mexican food I have ever eaten. I ordered the taco bar and the enchilada bar with extras for nachos and included sides of beans and rice. There was plenty of food provided and people just kept going back over and over refilling their plates. Prices are very reasonable too. I highly recommend Fiesta Guadalajara for catering services and an in-restaurant experience is just as wonderful. This restaurant definitely earns five stars! Note: Be sure to try the enchiladas and the guacamole! This stuff is AMAZING!

Good food with huge portions. Every one enjoyed there meal but not one of us was able to finish and there certainly was not room for dessert. Service was very good and fast. The place is clean and well run. The seating is spacious and never felt cramped or rushed. There is plenty of parking. Only downside is that everything is spicy even the refried beans.

Great place. Best Mexican food on the western slope by far. Great Enchilada great tacos twice as much food as the one east of town. And 1/2 the price. Great service. We were treated like family. Great job everyone there. Your the best. We we’ll always come back. They deserve more then 5stars.
