Hiro Japanese Steakhouse

So yummy! I got the tofu appetizer and vegetable roll and my husband got the salmon poke bowl. Not a single complaint or criticism here! Thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Finished with the strawberry and green tea mochi icecream. Definitely coming back here hopefully soon!

Food was very mediocre. Service was good but three of their dishes all taste the same and they use easy to much sauce on everything. I had “hibachi” which was anything but that. I have not tried the sushi so maybe that is what they do better?

I'm a little surprised by a few of the recent reviews here, as I have always been very pleased with the sushi every time we have eaten here!
Is it the best or the freshest sushi I've had? Of course not, we're in a very small town in rural Western Colorado! I've had better sushi in NYC and LA but we're not living next to an ocean here; and I've also paid a whole lot more in those places.
Not to mention the situation we've all been dealing with for the past two years!
I'm just very grateful for a damn good sushi restaurant in our little town!
I guess "Haters gonna hate!"
If you don't like it, you don't have to go back. I can't believe the entitlement of some people!
