    Very LARGE Menu!!(Many Items!) Ate breakfast there ,too many choices, my wife had an omelette it was Good, I had a
    "Country fried steak burrito" It was GREAT.
    Can't wait to go back and try some of their other dishes! Also lots of wait staff two or three going pouring coffee!! HALLELUJAH!!! SO GOOD to see professional servers 👍👍

    What a gem. We ate here while visiting family in the area. It was a fun departure from a typical breakfast. The burritos were great...loved their green chili. The coffee was also outstanding and never ending. They were busy the morning we were there, but accommodated our large party without a problem. With great food and service it is a must try!

    Can’t say enough about Mimos 2 and our favorite server Natalie!! The best green chili in town! And now they serve dinner and alcohol! The new location is big and beautiful!

    We have been looking forward to the new location and we were not disappointed. My favorite is their pancakes and the Mexican chorizo omelet, sooooooo good!!! Yolanda was so sweet and was very hospitable. We look forward to bringing our family and friends when they come to visit.
