(November 2, 2021, 2:56 am)Me and my family have been stopping at this Arby's for well over 20 years. It is a family ritual of sorts... Every trip from Omaha - west bound, we stop. Food is pretty typical for an Arby's.
This review is about the service.
Last time we came in i was with my kids and as soon as we hit the lobby door some adult child was flat out yelling at the staff. I don't know what happened, but the staff handled the situation the best a bunch of teens could.
Pleased to say the guy left but we hung out and ordered take out. Then we walked with the staff to the doors because the guy was still outside. They locked the doors after we went out.
We hung out in the lot till dude left.
It's sad to see an adult act like this but the whole point is the staff handled it extremely well. -

(October 11, 2021, 2:17 am)Had a great experience tonight at arby's. They forgot my lemonade again but the employee at the window was such a nice guy that it made me feel like coming back again. The chicken sandwich was delicious and and the employees seem to care about their customers. Really had a good time thank you.
