Usually one of our favorite spots to hit when we’re in town. We always make reservations and gladly give our credit card to secure the reservation. This time we were sat on time at a beautiful table but much to my surprise the woman next to me had a dog in her lap. Not a service dog but her pet. The entire evening was spent with the dog staring at us while we were eating. I realize I could have asked to be moved but I didn’t want to cause a scene. Once the dog and owner left I brought the uncomfortable situation to the managers attention and said that I would have appreciated being asked if I would mind sitting next to an animal. The manager proceeded to politely explain the state of Colorado rules to me not knowing I was from Colorado. All this being said, JUST ASK ME if I mind before you seat me next to a dog at dinner! I don’t allow my dog at the table at dinner. Don’t tell me the rules, don’t tell me I should have said something earlier??? I was very polite but was making a suggestion…after all when your spending $500 for 2 people for dinner, I don’t expect to have a dog less than a foot from my arm at table height. I love my dog and take him once and awhile to an establishment that allows pets outside where expectations are set. Very disappointed in how we were spoken to as it was our fault. However, our server was great and the food was delicious so our tip reflected the excellence there. I won’t be recommending Betula in the future

Came here for dinner to celebrate my birthday. Very Euro vibe with cool interiors and a DJ playing. Sat on the enclosed patio which was very cozy. Had the blood orange and beet salad, the ceviche and the fish special. Everything was really tasty but somewhat overpriced.

This place is full of pure class & charm. The food, the service, the ambiance is the best in town!! You feel as though you are in Europe sitting outside. This place is a sure keeper & a must stop for dining & relaxation!
Everything here is 1st class ALL THE WAY!!
