    Interesting mix of cuisine. The plates are small so you may want to order more courses than you normally would. A little pricey, it’s easy to drop over $500 on dinner for 2 here, but it’s Aspen so what do you really expect for fine dining here? Presentations are well done.

    Aspen’s true farm-to-table restaurant, offering high gastronomy in a small mountain town. Outstanding service compliments the innovative and fulfilling dishes- some standouts are the zucchini, lobster, and salmon crackers. Expertly-made drinks make this the perfect spot in aspen to relax. The location and patio takes it over the top.
