Clark's Oyster Bar

The lobster roll was delicious but I wasn’t a fan or the French Fries. The espresso martini was perfection it was the best espresso martini I’ve ever had. My husband and I both tried the East Coast Oysters and they were hands down the best oysters we’ve had.

Clark’s is without doubt one of our favorite spots in Aspen. We’ve been for the oysters several time but we tried the rest of the food today for lunch and if you want seafood in the valley it’s unmatched…. Our favorite was the lobster roll 🤤. Also shout out to Jake who crushed it as our server, if you go and you get Jake you’re at a good table all around!

Love the outdoor seating. We had a quick lunch, BLT and Shrimp tortilla soup. Both were delicious.

This is a great seafood spot in downtown Aspen. While it's not quite New England the place has that great New England feel. The food was excellent, and the restaurant was packed. Definitely a must visit restaurant while in Aspen!

Super cool ambiance. Need to make a reservation for dinner, but the bar area is first come first serve for dinner and drinks. Get there early. We got the oysters and some wine. Great place! I see why it's so popular. Follow my Google profile for more reviews!
