You have to get the oatmeal pancakes!!!!! Also the pistachio sausage is phenomenal!!! Our waiter was such a kind gentleman too, love this place! Highly recommend for a great locals place for breakfast and lunch

Read and had heard about poppycocks famous oatmeal buttermilk pancakes everywhere, so decided to go check them out for myself. I was afraid they were just being hyped up, but was incredibly pleased when I got them. Super moist on the inside and probably the most unique pancake I've ever had. I can see myself craving this unique recipe on a weekend...much lighter than your usual pancake since it has oatmeal (and healthier i guess? 😊). It lives up to the talk (and i cannot say that for all places in Aspen), a must when in Aspen. Follow my Google profile for more reviews!

Great pre tubing breakfast! Had the corn griddle cakes. Cappuccino was great. I missed out on the pistachio sausage but the bacon was super crisp and good.

People here are very nice. I didn't order the pancakes which I guess they are known for being unique. Everything else on the menu was pretty standard breakfast fare.

Food is amazing. They have the best pancakes I have ever had. The old fashioned oatmeal pancake literally feels like it melts into oatmeal in your mouth! And so filling!!
