    The food, the service, the ambiance are 5 stars. One thing that kept me thinking all day today is why you would charge $4 extra for some additional slices brioche bread for the foie gras, please don’t or give more that 3 slices in initially. The reason why it kept kn bothering me is that I never saw that

    My daughter and I loved the Almond Crusted Rocky Mountain Trout and the Colorado Bass & Chips. Our server, Jovan, was excellent at recommending a wine paring for our meal. Our water glasses were never empty and the ambiance was fantastic.

    Amazing dinner at the Prospect at the Hotel Jerome! Definitely definitely definitely request Athena as your server and make sure Christopher stops by your table to fill your waters as well! Both amazing people that made the experience 5 stars. They were both so attentive and personable. Athena is absolutely adorable and super knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients! Great experience because of our servers. Thank you Athena and Christopher!
