A lovely restaurant above a bookstore. The food is very healthy and flavorful. They use quality ingredients for guilt-free super nutritious meals. The prices are very affordable for Aspen. There are many gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. I had the mushroom soup and shrimp and both were delicious. Highly recommended for a yummy lunch or dinner without breaking the bank 👌👌👌 The service is really good too - the servers are lovely young ladies who will not rush you.

I came here for my birthday dinner and was blown away by the quality of the food! Fresh, creative, and nourishing. The menu calls their cuisine "nutritarian" and I couldn't have loved it more. The majority of the menu is plant based with a few fish and chicken options. I had possibly the best mushroom soup I've EVER had here - this one has ground hazelnuts and a unique blend of spices! I'd also highly recommend the chocolate avocado mousse.

Atmosphere is very cozy with amazing views as main feature and wonderful natural light. However it felt a little more warmth and creativity could be added to reflect the amazing quality of food.

Excellent food and service. A real hidden gem. It’s hard to find because the entrance is inside a small local bookstore but if you can find it the food is well worth it. The food is healthy and tasty. Highly recommend duck breast and butternut soup.

Phenomenal, quick service! Waiter was so so so nice and helpful. AMAZING vegan options that are either light or filling. Perfect for lunch or dinner after a long day!

We had lunch at Pyramid Bistro and it was really very delicious! The bread with pesto was so good, that we asked for more! We had watermelons gazpacho and spring rolls to start. Following, we had salmon/ quinoa salad and a summer arugula salad with strawberries. The service was very good too!
