    Food is very good. Tons of healthy options. But like every where else in town, it's expensive for what you get. Dining out in Aspen is only for the wealthy, and even they are balking at prices.

    Springs cafe is a awesome choice, they have lots of vegan options which makes it even better!

    Good veg/vegan options. Loved the sweet potato burger and the black bean soup. They do run out as it is popular! Good runners are all super friendly!

    Delicious food. Lots of choices. Vegan friendly. Fast and courteous service. Nice atmosphere.
