Aurum Food & Wine Aspen Snowmass

21/22 ski season. Back in snowmass after 10 years. Had a great diner at aurum. Great service. Great food. I had the pork chops. Wine list is laid out in a unique way but interesting selections. We will return. Make reservations.

The combination of amazing service, friendly staff, and consistently delicious food has led me to return to Aurum a total of 3 times during our week long trip. Over the course of our 3 visits, my father and I tried 5 dishes and all of them were fantastic. My favorite was the Korean fried chicken which I ordered twice! Can't recommend more.

Met a waitress on our bus from Aspen and she recommended stopping in. The hot chocolate for our 2 daughters was AMAZING. I had the hanger steak and it was cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes were also delicious. Definitely would recommend a stop in if then were this good only 9 days after opening!

My wife and I had an amazing experience. The service is absolutely top notch, from the moment we walked in everyone was attentive and friendly. They took our jackets and brought them back after our meal. The food was actually very good. We had a mix up or two (I ordered something I didn’t realize was raw). They bent over backwards to comp things, offer us something else free of charged, just really showing how good their customer service is. Everyone is well trained as a team. Love love love this restaurant. And we went on their second day open. Very impressed.

This place is absolutely amazing. I flew on a skiing trip to aspen and this restaurant had literally the best food. I had the 8 oz hanger steak and it was sooo delicious. The cocktails there are amazing and they had the best cookies I’ve ever tasted. I would recommend this place 100%. Place is absolutely clean, modern and the service there is out of this world.
