    Nice restaurant with good service. Vegetarian options were limited but the corn empanada and quinoa bowl were great. I had the rigatoni, which was supposed to be a mushroom and cream pasta, but mine had almost no mushrooms.

    Overall though, everything was pretty good!

    I ate breakfast and dinner at Toro @ Viceroy. The food was really good. The service was great. I would recommend this restaurant.

    Wonderful dining experience at this restaurant in the Viceroy. Interesting selections on the menu, and everything was well prepared and promptly served. We felt that the cocktail selections, while nicely presented, were less inspired than the menu descriptions suggested, but still very enjoyable. Service was fantastic - really thoughtful and attentive. Definitely recommend.

    Highly recommended if ur in Aspen.
