One of my absolute favorite places in town. The food is consistent, and amazing. Service is even better, Marisa is the best. If you’re hesitant about trying Thai food, go here. The spice level is customizable and there is something for every palate. They are vegetarian friendly as well, and the restaurant is very clean.
I loved it here! My table enjoyed the bronco wraps (lettuce wraps), green curry, and sidewalk noodles. They were all delicious and had fresh, complex flavors. You could pick your spice level for most dishes! The Jasmine tea was loose leaf, delightful, and came in interesting tea pots. They were also very accommodating with my gluten-free and dairy-free needs. We had lovely interactions with the kind and helpful staff. This place is truly a little gem :)
This place is amazing! The best thing that I have found is that they can make most dishes vegetarian or vegan, which is a rarity in Pueblo. Absolutely a hidden gem! Don't forget to save room for their delicious sticky rice with fresh fruit, you can't go wrong.
The clear noodle soup is my favorite while my husband loves their spicy rice bowl. The pineapple fried rice is always a crowd pleaser and the drunken noodles have amazing texture and flavor. My husband doesn't like seafood and they are very accommodating about avoiding seafood ingredients even in a dish that features oyster and fish sauce (such as the spicy rice bowl). Good quality meats and fresh vegetables keep us coming back. I also love the spring rolls, they feature a lot of fresh veggies and give me that satisfying chewing resistance along with the soft wrap. Yum.
I'm a big Thai fan. Took their spice chart at face value (I usually do an 8/10). I did their 3/5. Should have done a 4. Spring roll paper could be a little thinner, but very tasty. Musaman curry did not disappoint. Will definitely revisit.
