    Enchiladas, beans very good. Rice a little dry. Taco was in pre-formed shell. Should be in a fresh corn tortilla dipped in hot oil. Service was great. Overall, the experience was worth the money.

    Randall, our server, was one of the best servers I have had in a very long time. He was attentive, funny, honest, and refreshing. I have forgotten what quality service was like in a very long time!! Also, my first time in Pueblo and the food was fantastic. Will absolutely be coming back.

    It is a popular award winning restaurant, so we had to wait a few minutes at lunchtime. They have seating at the bar if you don't want to wait for a table. My wife had the savory stuffed sopapilla and I had the cactus combo plate #7. Both were big portions, served piping hot, and delicious. Service was quick and attentive. Right now they have a special Lavender Margarita that is terrific!

    We love this place! Wish there was one in Pueblo West, we'd definitely eat here more often if it was closer since we live out of town. The green chili is by far the best ever, chips and salsa are amazing and the service is always spot on.
