    Paul did an outstanding job, getting Rosarios back in business. The food and service is amazing. The inside is outstanding, and the menu pricing is fairly good. Also, to people that are being critical... you need to stop. They still have some kinks to work, every place goes through this when they first open. Can you imagine opening a restaurant when the economy sucks right now?? I want to thank Paul and Tony for bringing one of the best restaurants back in Pueblo. You guys are doing a wonderful job.

    Paul worked like crazy getting everything off the ground and did an outstanding job. The food and service was incredible and the place looks amazing. And to the people being critical... try to imagine what it would take to open a business in this worthless economy and be thankful the building is a nice restaurant again rather than another vacant rundown eyesore that's become so common in this town.

    The new spot is much nicer than the one they had downtown. Service is awesome, food is delicious, and if I absolutely had to find something to complain about it would be the condition of the road parallel to 50...
    Highly recommend!
