    I've been going to Rita's for years. Good food. They're cheese enchiladas are supreme.

    Good selection, extremely friendly staff and reasonably priced. As well as no matter what you get everything tastes great.

    This is a decent place to stop and grab some quick (more authentic) Mexican food than other fast food Mexican restaurants, just don't expect it to be amazing. The service is always pretty good but the food quality seems to have taken a major dip in the last few years and as much as I hoped for it to get better again, it just doesn't seem to be happening. There are a lot of good Mexican restaurants around Pueblo and if you have a bit of time it is worth finding one with better food, but if you need a quick bite this is definitely a better spot than Taco Bell!!
