This food truck has very fantastic service. The cow workers treat you with respect. Not only that but there food is amazing. They have a bunch of tacos and burros and gorditas, my personal favorite is going to be the gorditas de alpastor. They open 4 days a week and I always go those 4 days. The wait sometimes can take long but it is very much worth it because the food they give out is always fresh out the stove very delicious. I really hope one say they could be open 7 days a week because I would go. Another delicious meal is they're hamburgers. Their hamburgers are the best better than in n out very good and fresh and juicy other than the other blue taco truck they on the other hand are something else their food once was very rotten and they don't clean but then I came to tacos Juanitas y gorditas this was the best and most amazing food truck this Pueblo has ever had.

We stopped here during a road trip back to Denver and had the most amazing food. I got an elote en vaso, taco de pollo en chile verde, gordita de frijol con queso, and a champurrado. Everything was so flavorful and I hadn't had a taco de pollo or elote en vaso that good in a long time. On top of everything, the service was amazing. Can't wait to keep visiting!

Relocating from Washington to Colorado recently, I haven’t found a place that served my Latin roots justice. These are by far the best tacos I’ve ever had! You do need to carry cash since they only accept cash, but otherwise I can’t describe how delicious their food is. This is authentic Mexican food and I will be back again soon.
