Twenty One Steak

Wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and really took their time making sure everything was taken care of. Great outside area right on the river walk!

Let me start off with the fact that both the ambiance and acoustics were incredible. The lights were perfectly dim as to not strain the eyes but also bright enough to see well. There were 5-6 other couples there and my wife and I never had to raise our voices to hear each other, and that was with music playing overhead as well. The service was absolutely phenomenal, shout out to our server Reid. He was very attentive and gave great advice when it came to picking dishes. The appetizer, blistered shishido peppers were splendid. The steaks were cooked perfectly and paired with amazing enhancements as they call them. The sides were simply exquisite, we had the wild mushroom risotto and the potato croquettes. The dessert, chocolate cake and flan, was absolutely to die for!!! Drinks were delicious as well and the speed of the meal was very well paced. While it is an expensive place to eat, it is beyond worth every penny and if I could give it 6 stars I would. Also it is a wonderful place to take your spouse on a date!!!

I absolutely love this place. It’s apparent that they have created a great culture within the business. Everyone is passionate and knowledgeable. We come here regularly and have truly never been disappointed but rather so impressed with the consistency of the outstanding service. It’s our favorite place! Pueblo is lucky to have 21 Steak. My wife and I were pleased with our whole experience at Twenty One Steak. From the time we made our reservation to when we left the restaurant. Although they had a large group to tend to, we were taken care of as if we were the only ones there. Johnny was kind a great waiter and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be back!

this is definitely my favorite place for a special night out. the vibe is very welcoming and I've had nothing but good experiences here. best drinks in town! Alec the bartender has great recommendations and is very quick. the food is always on point too! our last visit we were helped by Jade... she was very knowledgeable about the menu and was attentive and fun. she made my anniversary with my partner very special and I appreciated her recommendations and bubbly personality. I always look forward to my next visit here!
