(April 3, 2022, 2:06 pm)Our favorite place in steamboat hands down. We always come here. Best dishes: The mussels, fried artichokes, rigatoni with vodka sauce. Everything is a wow here. Also our group was blown away by the GF pasta, well done.

(March 14, 2022, 3:10 pm)Excellent food! The fried artichoke had so many complimentary flavors, it was my favorite. If you order the baked brownie (I forget the name of the dish), share it with someone! We could not finish, but the sizzling caramel on a hot skillet was heavenly. Really cool idea to have fresh pizza dough for kids to play with as they wait for food. I would have loved that over coloring any day.

(February 16, 2022, 1:57 am)Mambo was a pretty good restaurant. No complaints but not extremely memorable either. Portions could be a little larger for the price. Great ambiance in downtown Steamboat.

(July 25, 2021, 6:44 am)Absolutely amazing food!! Had the squid ink arrabiatta and it was delicious. Service was amazing, even for the staff on. Manger was excellent and drinks were superb. Highly recommend Mambos. Thanks guys for an excellent date night.
