Decent BBQ place. Menu selection isn't big but still viable. The inside is cramped so it's better to eat outside where there's alot more tables and space. They have happy hour 3-5 and my favorite things to eat there only come on sale during happy hour which is the fried macaroni and cowboy nachos which are seasoned fries with chili put on them and it's so good! They also have a freestyle coke machine for any flavor drink you'd want.

Just return from a week in Steamboat. I wanted to stop by Routtie's since it is a new restaurant at the base of mountain. Being from NC, I am particular about my BBQ. I loved their BBQ, sides, and brisket so much, I went there 3 nights in a row for a few cold beers and dinner. The entire staff was excellent. Michael the GM took care of my like family. I got to meet most of the staff since I went there 3 times, so shout out to Cam, Jake, Kai, and Jimmy for the great service! I'll be back out in Steamboat in a few weeks, so see you guys soon!

The good was great and the service was impeccable. We enjoyed the pulled pork and Mac and cheese and a couple delicious beers 🍻 best part is that they stepped up their social responsibility game and have Aluminum pint cups for beer. Great job Routtie’s!

Loved the beer, loved the food. I love that we have happy hour on the mountain (3-5pm), as others have gotten rid of it for the winter season which is pretty disappointing. From my first experience, we tried the mac and cheese bites with the smoked ketchup (which were amazing) and a couple of different beers. One suggestion is that the mac and cheese bites should come in an even number. Even through they were big mac and cheese bites, it makes it difficult to split when served an odd number (3). I would suggest two larger or four smaller bites for sharing purpose. Overall a great experience, make your happy hour known and it will be a popular apres ski location! We will be back soon!
