The Egg Steamboat Springs

The broccoli cheese soup was served so hot. Yum. It seemed it was made from scratch. The chicken salad croissant I ordered was tasty but I had to eat it in portions. There was so much on there you could not pick it up. Made it sloppy. But I enjoyed it. The tossed greens I ordered with it was great. Our server did a great job.

Outstanding service and food! Waiter was attentive and kind, and made sure we were thoroughly taken care of. The owner Aaron, even stopped by to ask how we were doing. Best breakfast/pricing in steamboat!

So we arrived from Florida to Steamboat Colorado. We were 22 people with reservations. The owner Aaron met us at the front desk with a smile and totally made us all feel comfortable. He stated that a room was already waiting for all 22 of us. The waiter Alexandro was super accommodating and patient. The food amazing! We were so very happy. Thank you Aaron to you and

Very nice place. Just what we were looking for. Great service. Great food. Owner came and introduced himself. If your ever in steamboat springs that's the place for a great breakfast. Just can't say enough about the Egg

Fantastic breakfast spot. We stopped here on the drive out from Steamboat and had great service and possibly the best breakfast scramble (the vegetarian one) and burrito (the sleeping giant) of all time. I believe they make their English muffins from scratch.

Also, their fresh juices (I tried the lemon turmeric) are incredible and very economically priced. Finally, the service was lovely and very prompt. Would strong recommend!
