Boriqua - Colorado Personal Chef

This was, hands down, the best dinner we had in Breckenridge. Chef Steven was easy to work with planning the menu and made arriving and getting started so fuss free and easy, it was perfect. He was fun, informative and knowledgeable to the curious questions we had about the food, and made himself at home in our kitchen…which allowed us to relax and enjoy the afternoon with each other. He really just fit right in with our group! The food itself was excellent, unique, and creative. We really couldn’t decide which dish was our favorite! They all burst with flavor! We will 100% have Chef Steven join us again the next time we are in the area!

We hired Steven for my mother in law's birthday dinner in Vail. There were a number of dietary restrictions which Steven handled with ease. The presentation, pace, ingredients and food all were great. I would definitely hire Steven again. I have already recommended him to other friends who were visiting Breckenridge. They had a great experience as well.

Chef Steven was the epitome of professionalism meets class. His meals were creative and bursting with flavor. He introduced each course with enthusiasm and passion. The attention to detail could be seen from the preparation to the plating of his dishes. Most importantly, chef Steven was a very cool human who we would definitely hang out with again. I would highly recommend his services.

We booked Steven for Valentine’s Day and have to say it was absolutely phenomenal on every level. Steven was fun, charismatic, and entertaining. His 5 course dinner was absolutely delicious, each dish was innovative and tasty. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend him 10 times out of 10!

Chef Steven was amazing! He was responsive, collaborative and overall very easy and enjoyable to work with. Our dinner turned out fabulous. We curated the menu specifically for my mother’s birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The food was absolutely outstanding and it felt like we were at a Michelin restaurant. The deconstructed loaded lobster potato (with truffle cream, shredded snap peas and homemade “gushers”- WOW!) was nothing short of a dream. I was completely stuffed after dinner yet still salivating over each dish. Thank you Chef for such a wonderful experience and we hope to see you again in the near future.
