The Eagle BBQ

I used to think I had to go to Texas to get Brisket, I was wrong. Copper mountain has some of the best BBQ I have ever had. The Eagle BBQ is a hidden gem that literally smokes the competition. I am not going to eat anywhere else while at Copper. Delicious BBQ at great prices, especially for a resort. Pluse the friendliest staff I have seen in a long time. you can tell this is independent and they care. Thank you for a great Dinner experience.

Awesome food and very fast service. This is my new favorite restaurant at Copper Mountain. My wife had the brisket and loved it, I had the Turkey and thought it may be the best Turkey I have ever had. They even had gluten free stuff for my daughter. She doesn't like many restaurants but said she would definitely go back there. Staff was real friendly too. The bartender made me a real nice old fashioned. Highly recommend.

Freaking love this place. Best BBQ I have ever had. Got the 3 meat with pork, brisket and ribs. All were awesome. These guys even have their own line of delicious sauces, I guess they have even won some awards! Plus the best whiskey selection around. Prices were good too. Very reasonable.

This place has the best food and huge portions for a great price. My husband had the brisket and ribs and absolutely loved it. I had the Pork and mac and it was just awesome. Definitely recommend this place. And, quick service on a really busy day.

Best BBQ I have ever had. The brisket was fork tender and melt in your mouth. This is a can't miss restaurant at Copper. Great location in the Center Village right by the Eagle Chair. Loved it and the prices were very reasonable especially for a ski resort. Just regular BBQ pricing.
