Kucu Tequila Bistro

I'm so impressed with the food and the service here. We've been traveling around the world for the past five years and honestly, honestly this has been a memorable dining experience. David, our server, was knowledgeable about the drink and food menus, he was also friendly and inviting .The chef, Sal, has created a whimsical menu filled with flavorful offerings. Finally, the engineering of the drink menu will leave you wanting to try everything. You might ask if I got paid to make this review, NO. I am simply a happy patron. 💯💯

This place is amazing! We tried it for the first time tonight and we will be back! The spicy cucumber margarita was excellent and their house margarita was really good as well! We had the pork chop (melt in your mouth) and the street tacos and they were both excellent! I travel globally and have been to many amazing restaurants. Kucu is on par with some of the top restaurants I have been to. Service was great too! I forgot the waitress name but she had cute pineapple earrings! We are lucky to have this restaurant in Silverthorne!

What a great new restaurant in town! They have several unique margarita options- all very tasty! food is delicious, even the desert menu is off the charts! Check this place out if you are in town!

Unique themed restaurant with delicious options for all needs. Friendly well trained staff. Beautiful interior design… and lunch was yummy but didn’t break the bank. I’d go again in a heartbeat. (Breakfast too!) Wondering how to safely cross the highway from and to the theatre at dinner time however. This is an obvious pre-show choice except for lacking a safe traffic overpass.
