Sunshine Café

The food was solid and of very ample quantity. Service was prompt and the food got to us quickly. That said not sure this was worth the wait during a heavy Sunday brunch rush during the ski season. Waited 30ish minutes for a table for two. The place is huge and the tables turn fast but the line is big.

Biggest issue is choosing what to get. Everything is good. Healthy portions and terrific service. There is usually a wait, but it moves fast and is well organized.

I thought this was a hearty breakfast. I got a plate full of omelette, breakfast meats, and hash browns. It's tasty stuff too and not very expensive considering how much food to get for it. I would recommend this before going out for a long day of skiing or exercise. It did weigh a little heavy on me though.

I've visited Sunshine Cafe' several times. Staff is always courteous and helpful. The food is always very good. My favorites are The Rachel sandwich or Trout and Eggs. For a taste of local fare and hospitality, Sunshine Cafe' is the place to go.
