I have eyed this place for a few months. I was told by a colleague it is a great place. A friend was in town and wanted to buy me dinner. We enjoyed fried deviled eggs, the crab artichoke dip stuffed avocado with grapefruit salsa was delightful, the pork schnitzel was flavorful and the ever-changing bistro burger, which my friend inhaled was "tasty" as he put it. The young woman tending to our needs at the bar was present. She had answers for questions and well versed on the menu items. Thanks Nina! I am proud to see the products they serve, alcohol, is from local Colorado breweries, distilleries and possibly wineries (not totally sure about the wine). I had a couple savory cocktails made with some familiar spirits.

Great White Russian, their Blood and Snow literally makes the cherry bleed. It's awesome! Came on the Grand Opening, they were slammed but took care of us very well. Definitely coming back! Love that it's all Colorado local!

Well, first off let me reference this dining experience to a baseball game. I know what you're thinking, why compare it to baseball? Here's why: imagine hitting that perfect double. You've put in all the hard work to put yourself in a great situation, but come up a little short. Don't get me wrong, the menu had great options, but the lack luster flavor made my taste buds wanting more. It was visually stimulating, but came up short of flavor. The service staff was great and punctual, and made our experience great. I just wish the food matched its fun environment. On a good note; their cocktails were fun, and had cleaver names. Would I go again? Maybe...

My first visit was amazing! I had the butternut soup and apple salad....could eat that salad every day......delicious!!!!!!!
going back for sure....The chef does a fantastic job. Service was great too.
The menu is not typical which makes this place unique and that's why I love it...Summit needed a place like this that is affordable.

Went to Timberline Craft Kitchen for date night and it was perfect. We had a cozy table and great service. We both ordered the burger and it was cooked exactly how we asked and was delicious. I really liked the vibe and food. Next time we'll order cocktails - the bar and drink menu looked great!
