My fiancé and I were in town visiting friends. We were searching for a place to eat but nothing was open. The owners Josh and Lily were about to close up, but they were kind enough to prepare a meal for us to eat since everything else was closed. Talk about being good humans. The food was great, but the people running this place are exceptional human beings who have love and compassion. I would highly recommend eating here.

Great lunch at the new BBQ place! Went to Peak View BBQ & Tap Room and being from the south (outside of Memphis) we were pleasantly surprised! Brisket and pulled pork were both yummy. We wanted to try the Texas Twinkies but they were out. Next time!
Great place! The bbq is amazing and very flavorful. They have a very good selection of local Colorado beers, and a fully stocked bar.
Great food and great service! I was especially impressed as it is only their first couple of days in business. The brisket and pulled pork were both fantastic. The mustard sauce was incredible. I can't wait to go back and try more.
