Ordered inside as drivethru was busy. Wait was longer than most times. When called to counter for order manager very politely apologized and threw in a couple slices of pie (unsolicited). I was impressed thoroughly because so many would have made you feel like it was your own fault for having come in there anyway! She genuinely provided a "customer service" & the food was hot. Order correct!

Fast service, delivered to our table! However I think they have definitely started deciding you only need 1 ketchup packet per large size fries???? What the heck?!!! Acted like they were gold nuggets!!!

I like it it's laid back for comfort. No feelings similar of that which feels like you can't express yourself. Everyone accepts you and if they don't they mind them selves and let the flow flow. That's also for their work. If it wasn't flowing then everyone would be hungry. I like it.
