It's fast food chicken. I personally think the sandwich is all the hype and tastes better than Chick-Fil-A. Why are the chicken wings so small? I don't get how chicken wings can be so tiny. Service is slow but I understand. It's hard to keep fried chicken on stand by and fresh. Cooking more takes time. So no points off for slow service.

I love Popeyes but don't know what the fuss is about the chicken sandwich. Its surely not worth getting stabbed over. I had my first one today. The chicken was crisp. But chewed like rubber. Bun was smushed and it was dry. My 4 piece all dark turned into 2 wings an 2 breasts on the way home. Not a good Popeyes day in Greeley, Co.

It was very good..! I shall return in the near future... I ordered the #11 pop corn shrimp and 2 chicken tenders with a side of fries and washed it down with a sweet iced tea... The service was good..!

I went purely to try the chicken sandwich. It is totally THE BEST chicken sandwich I have had the pleasure of eating. Here is why. The sandwich was was appropriately hot, the sandwich looked like one on a commercial. The breading was light, crunchy and not oily at all. The meat was actual chicken, not pressed, formed, just a cut of plain white meat. It was seasoned perfectly, not too much, not too little. The added lettuce, and condiments were great. Especially liked the thick cut dill pickle slices. This was a well thought out concept and I am sold on it. I am not easy to please, so this glowing review is well earned.
This should be on your bucket list before you die. Seriously.

Pretty good food. I had the spicy tenders meal today. I like the abundant options for sides besides just fries. Chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Cooked perfectly. Mashed potatoes and gravy was tasty and peppery.
This may not pertain to every store, but I really liked the bar-type seating in the middle. Tall bar and chairs. The table even had a groove in it that holds a tablet/phone. Nice touch as I usually eat alone because I am a lone field engineer and rarely have the opportunity to eat with a guest. It's a nifty detail so I can browse the news or watch something without having to prop my phone up awkwardly.
