They should update the hours on their website. Drove to Greeley to check this place out and they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, although their website says they are open Tuesdays 12pm-6pm.

    Edit:
Wiley reached out and explained the confusion with their hours. We drove up to Greeley from Denver to check out a couple breweries and were most excited for this one because some friends had recently gone and said awesome things....but I guess that means we will have to make a trip back!

Great selection of popular styles brewed with some of the best water in the country.

Just around the corner from one of the more popular breweries in Greeley, this brewery is off the beaten path but worth the stop. Especially if you’re a fan of sour beer. They offer other brews but sours reigned supreme during our visit. All of which were amazing. They even have a slushy shared version that looked intriguing. The outdoor seating area is larger than most and there’s plenty of seating inside for those hot Greeley summer days.

They make a bunch of great "slushy" style options. Which tend to be kettle sours w/ fruit. And they do them really well. I loved the Blood Orange one, and my wife talked about the Grape on pretty much all week.

Great little brewery doing amazing sours and inventive IPAs. The atmosphere is low key and inviting. The staff are friendly and foster a fun, party vibe. I go to Greeley for that REALLY FAMOUS brewery but am starting to think this is where the real action is at. 10/10 would drink again.
