(November 14, 2019, 5:40 am)We went in about a week ago and it took them 50 minutes to get us our order, come to find out our order was sitting there getting cold for most of that time. The manager at the time gave us 2 coupons for 5 free wings for next time. We thought after we got those free wings we wouldn't go there anymore, but tonight we redeemed them and the manager there tonight gave us a free order of large fries and 2 drinks. Honestly I'm so impressed, talk about a customer opportunity gone right ???? definitely will keep going to Wingstop. This was at the Greeley Co location on 11th Ave.

(October 6, 2019, 2:49 am)Had an order mixup for takeout, but the manager at the time (Robert) helped get everything sorted out. It was clear he cared about the company image and wanted to make sure our order was done right. Oh, and the wings were good.
