The missing star isn't because of anything lacking. The food is excellent and fairly authentic (a comment made by my wife, who grew up in Hawaii). The wait staff is kind. It does tend to get very crowded so if you want to eat here, make use of the call-ahead wait list. Even so, be prepared to wait for a while on busy days.

No, the missing star is an issue of price. Their food is good and not at the level I would expect for the kind of money they charge. It's a fun place to go and I'd still recommend it, just be ready to pay more than you might expect for the given kind of food.

This restaurant has very good food, if you're looking for that Hawaiian vibe and Hawaiian style food they definitely do a really good job at it. it's a great place to take friends and family, it's good for kids as well. The staff is very friendly and very nice The cooks do a really good job and all around I highly recommend this place is fantastic.

This food is an absolute treat! I was going to miss L&L after moving up here from Denver but the food is TOP NOTCH! The Chicken Katsu Curry was phenomenal, and the service was great! Can’t wait to be back! We ordered the spam musubi as well but we ate it too quickly for a photo :p

Took the family this weekend, this has quickly become one of our favorites in Windsor. Small place but awesome menu, team and food. What a gem and great addition to the Windsor community. The family and staff that run this place are awesome, and if you have spent any time in Hawaii you know just how authentic the food really is! Give it a try, you wont be disappointed.
