    5 stars, easily. Al Pastor tacos are as good as any joint in Mexico. Asada was spectacular. Roasted chicken is simply great.

    Best quick, not over priced, tacos I have found in northern CO.
    Excellent chicken wings as well. This place is a hidden gem

    We Love Pollos El Guero! They have true authentic food, they are fast, they are friendly, and prices are reasonable. We tried many Mexican restaurants before this one and always left disappointed. We probably order from here once a week (ooops ????) But it is delicious. Chicken is amazing and we love the street tacos. A must try!!
