Molten Java LLC

Good coffee and great atmosphere. Molten Java is a true local small town coffee shop. They also host many events from live music to readings to motorcycle gatherings during the summer months. Definitely worth stopping in if you have never been.

Love a lot of stuff from Molten Java, especially the espresso and cookies. If I had to be critical, respectfully, I would recommend a change to the burritos. I tried a couple different kinds, and they are pretty bland and not good quality. You can hear the microwave doing its' magic on the burritos, and then taste the outcome later on. They are expensive, and big. My recommendation would actually be to decrease the quantity of the burrito, and investing in improving the flavor and quality. I would pay $6.50 for that product.

Goid coffee but speciality coffees are not their specialty. My cappuccino was less than satisfying.

Always good coffee here, except extremely slow service and the cashier put butter on my bagel instead of cream cheese like I asked. My fault for not going back in but since the service was so slow I didn’t want to screw things up for other people. Won’t be coming back.

Molten Java has better than average coffee and lattes, pretty good food, quirky decor, odd curio items, and an extremely cool staff. Any one of those things on their own might make for a nice place to visit, but Molten Java is more than the sum of its parts. It's a place to meet friends. It's a place to curl up with a good book. It's a place to start up a conversation with a stranger. It's a place to be part of a community. Places like this are few and far between.
