Food was delicious. Enjoyed the Korean chicken and waffle. A bit spicy and sweet. Service was great.

We have been to Notch8 3 times. One time we sat at the bar and the other two times we sat in the dining room. We had a great experience every time and all three times we had different waitstaff. The sangria is the best around. Also, I love the MANY gluten free options that are offered. They have nailed it, in my book, with their delicious wood fired cauliflower crust pizza. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are gluten free.

I've been to Notch 8 twice now. Once it was busy, dinnertime and the other was mid-day and was a bit slower. In BOTH instances, the service was great, the food was great and it came in a very timely fashion. Attentive, friendly staff and great food even when the place is packed. This is a well run restaurant that I'll be returning to many times.

Hey, look, it's a new bar and grill in this location. They spared no expense refurbishing this former townie bar into a respectable dining establishment. In addition to fully renovating the bathrooms, they added a pizza bar to the front of the building with its own brick oven. My son had a margarita pizza with bacon, while i gave the tacos a shot. Both were really good. The fries were a surprising highlight to the meal, being light and crispy with just the right amount of seasoning. Everything was really good, would recommend.
